1. About these terms

This website is operated by Forward Edge Digital, a veteran-owned web design and digital systems company. By using the site you agree to the terms on this page.

These terms cover the website itself. The terms of any project we do for you, including scope, deliverables, timeline, price, ownership, support, and dispute resolution, are set out in the written agreement for that project, which controls if the two ever differ.

2. Using this website

You are welcome to read, share, and link to these pages. Please do not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its forms, or any system behind it.
• Submit false information, spam, or automated form submissions.
• Copy the site's content or design and present it as your own.
• Use the site in a way that interferes with other people using it.

3. Inquiries are not a contract

Submitting the bakery fit review or any other form on this site is a request for a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, and it does not commit either of us to anything.

Work begins only after we have discussed your business, agreed on scope, and put the terms in writing. Any package level recommended on this site is an indication of the likely starting point, not a quote.

4. Client work, scope, and pricing

Every project is scoped around the business it is for, so pricing is quoted per project rather than listed as a fixed rate. Scope and cost are confirmed together before any work starts, and changes to scope are agreed before they are built.

Delivering a project depends on getting what we need from you, including content, photos, access, and timely feedback. We will tell you clearly what is needed and when.

5. Ownership

Yours. Your content, your brand assets, your requests, and your customer information belong to your business. If you leave, your data goes with you.

Ours. The Forward Edge Digital name, logo, site content, and design remain ours. The underlying platform, tooling, and reusable components used to build and operate a system remain the property of Forward Edge Digital and, where applicable, Kamilion, the technology platform behind applicable builds. Clients receive the right to use their system, not ownership of the platform itself.

We may show completed work in our portfolio with accurate labels. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.

6. Demonstration concepts and sample data

Some of the work shown on this site is labeled as a demonstration concept. Those are builds we produced to show a standard of work; they are not client engagements, and no client relationship should be inferred from them.

Dashboard, portal, and activity previews on this site are illustrations built with sample data, and they are labeled as such. They do not show any real customer's information.

7. Third-party links and services

This site links to other places, including the client login, live client websites, demonstration builds, and our social profiles. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Access to the client login is for current clients and their authorized team members. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for telling us promptly if you think they have been compromised.

8. What we do not promise

We build websites and systems designed to present a business clearly, capture requests, and support follow-up. We do not promise search rankings, a number of leads, revenue, or any other business result, and we will not quote statistics we cannot verify.

We also cannot guarantee that the website or a connected system will be available without interruption. Third-party hosting, email delivery, domain services, and internet connectivity are outside our control.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forward Edge Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to a specific project is addressed in the written agreement for that project.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
