1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Forward Edge Digital website at forwardedgedigital.com and to inquiries you send us through it. Forward Edge Digital is a veteran-owned web design and digital systems company.

Websites we build and operate for clients are covered by those clients' own policies. When we handle information inside a client's system, we do so on that client's behalf.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Our contact and request forms ask for what we need in order to reply:

• Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it.
• Your website address, if you have one.
• What you tell us about your business, your goals, and the help you are looking for.

If you email or call us instead, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider that records standard technical request information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages requested. Our web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which means your browser contacts that service when a page loads.

This website does not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government identifiers or payment card numbers through this site.

3. How we use it

We use the information you send for a short list of purposes:

No website or system can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a problem affects your information, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
