Ethan founded Forward Edge Digital to give growing businesses a digital partner that builds around how they actually operate. He leads client discovery himself: understanding the bakery, its customers, its services, and how requests are handled today, before a single page is designed.

He is the primary client-facing leader of the company, strategy, design direction, launch, and ongoing support run through him. He brings Marine Corps discipline and a cybersecurity mindset to the work: clear communication, practical recommendations, and a system built around how the business actually works.

Clay Patterson

Co-Founder

Product, systems, and technology · Dallas, Texas

Clay leads the technology side of the work: the product, the systems, and the Kamilion platform that powers custom forms, workflows, portals, and integrations behind Forward Edge builds. He translates what a bakery needs into custom digital infrastructure.

He played football at Yale and Stanford, studied economics at Yale, and took post-baccalaureate computer science courses at Stanford. A long-running interest in AI shapes the platform side of the work.
